Return Of The Happy Hour Scavenger Hunt Fun Run

We are lucky enough to be part of the most amazing community here in Saratoga Springs, NY. The support we have received over the past decade is immeasurable. In return, we strive to provide the community with more than just a running store. We want to be a place where people of all backgrounds can come to meet, experience and explore. Some of the ways we do this is by offering running groups, clinics, yoga, and other informative classes.

One of our favorite offerings, which we try to offer once a month, are our happy hour fun runs. These runs are usually held on Thursday evenings once a month and have a specific theme to them. At the end of May, we had the return of our scavenger hunt fun run and boy, was it a blast! We had a wonderful turnout of people of all ages.

The concept behind the scavenger hunt fun run is to visit participating business from the map. Upon arrival to the local store you are asked to complete a task. This could be anything from toe touches, jumping jacks, corn hole or horseshoes! By completing this task you are then provided with a raffle ticket. The goal is to visit as many businesses as possible within the allotted timeframe and collect as many raffle tickets as possible. Upon return to iRun LOCAL, you place your tickets in our raffle bins in order to win a variety or prizes.
